Four ways to a happy coat.

Every groom starts with the coat, the comfort and the finish you’d love. Here’s what each visit includes.

A silver-haired groomer trimming a white bichon’s face with scissors while supporting its chin
  1. A groomer brushing a cream standard poodle while supporting its chest on the grooming table

A full groom is our complete visit. It begins at the table with a slow coat check: we feel the coat to the skin, look for knots and talk through the finish you have in mind and how much brushing suits your week.

A full reset, a new shape or a coat that has grown out
    Includes
    Bath, blow-dry, brush-out and trim
    Extras

  2. A groomer rinsing a grey schnauzer with a handheld shower in a smooth white raised bath

    First groom

A first groom is about trust more than finish. It’s a shorter visit, with plenty of pauses, where your pet meets us, stands on the table, hears the dryer and gets used to being gently handled.

    Good for
Puppies, kittens, rescues and nervous pets
    Includes
A short bath, dry and gentle tidy
    Pace
    Theirs, with pauses
    Before it
    An optional hello visit

Long-haired cats, tangles and shedding season
    Includes
    Brush-out, de-mat and de-shed
    Bath

Every groom

The same care, whichever you choose.

  1. One pet at the table

Your pet has our full attention, from coat check to final brush.

  2. The coat comes first

We feel the coat before suggesting a finish, and explain why.

  3. Mild products

Gentle shampoos, or yours if they have sensitivities.

  4. Pauses when needed

Their pace, always. We stop if it becomes too much.

The coat library

Every coat needs something different.

Choose the coat closest to your pet’s and see how we’d groom it, and how to care for it at home.

Poodles, doodles, bichons

Curly coats

Soft, springy and quick to knot close to the skin.

At the studio
A bath, a full blow-dry to straighten the curl and a scissor or clipper finish to the length you’d like.
At home
Brush down to the skin a few times a week with a slicker, then check with a comb.
