Start to finish

From first call to pickup.

  1. Get in touch

Call or send a request with their coat, their last groom and the finish you have in mind.

  2. A quiet hello

New pets can visit first, with no groom at all, to meet us and see the studio.

  3. Drop-off

We feel the coat together, talk through any worries and agree the finish.

  4. The groom

Bath, dry, brush-out and finish, at their pace. We call if anything comes up.

  5. Pickup

We ring when they’re ready, talk you through the groom and suggest home care.

At the studio
A bath, a full blow-dry to straighten the curl and a scissor or clipper finish to the length you’d like.
At home
