Answers to the questions owners ask us most.

Yes. Cat grooming is a quiet brush-out and coat care, with handling agreed before the visit. Cats are groomed at a calm time of day, away from busy dog appointments.

We don’t shave double coats unless your vet has advised it. A thorough de-shed keeps them cooler and more comfortable.

It depends on their coat and how they feel on the day. We give you a pickup time when you drop off and call if anything changes.

With a first groom. It’s short, gentle and mostly about getting used to the table, the dryer and us.

Most pets settle better without an audience, but for a first groom we’ll talk about what suits your pet.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Call (202) 555-0115.
